Website design, development & optimization. What is the process ?
My job is to make sure that your website design work is sharp and creative and that your clients will like your site. However, a great site with no traffic is not very effective. I am here to convert your satisfied clients into raving fans. What is the process?
Optimization
The goal is to optimize each one of the web site pages, the content, the photos inside the site and make sure that the site is found in the search engines (Google, MSN, Yahoo, Inktomi, etc.).
In order to keep your website optimized and active for the long future, the pages must be optimized and the keywords must be updated on a monthly basis. Not once, not twice, but monthly. The search engines are always changing the way they look at each one of the site pages and we are fortunate to have access to the tools and systems that keep up with the changes being made in the search engines so that you remain at the top.
- I will optimize the site and make sure that it is ready for the search engines.
- I will submit the site to the right search engines ongoing.
- I will optimize the site and resubmit on a monthly basis to stay on top of the search engines.
- I will generate targeted traffic once we get your website to the top of the search engines.

Few more details on the way it works…
Before we build the page, we use the “Brainstorm” in order to search for the best keywords – the ones who have the highest demand, the lowest supply and the best profitability.
Keywords usually contain between 2 to 5 seed words and they must be written exactly the way they appear on the keyword list of site sell (you will be able to see the MKL (Master Keywords List) list inside Site sell, after we start the process).
After we find our best keywords, we build the page, following a number of optimization rules. But the basic rules that we MUST follow are:
1. The file name must be equal to the title, they both MUST contain the main keyword (mostly there are few words together).
2. The first sentence of your text must contain the main keyword (the one you had as a title/file name)
3. The keywords MUST appear a few times inside the text of the page.
4. The page must contain at least 250 words.
Therefore, some of the text on your website pages must be changed, in order to make sure that we follow the SBI rules. There is a lot of optimization works beside those points, which includes HTML codes, photos, comparing of words and more….
It is important for me to share this information with you, so that when we start to work on your site, you understand the reasons for my actions and the way we build the pages.
